1984 Excel series 2Why an Esprit: It had to be Upgrades: Have replaced Elise steering wheel with original wheel. Fitted Stainless steel exhaust system and Cat replacement pipe, much better sound/power Replaced clutch Red Hose with SJ Sportscars braided hose kit, unbelievable difference! Problems: Wheel bearing's, bad earth to battery, abs sensor (PO). Stripped dozen or so teeth from cam belt only done 22k gulp! Got

Rebuilt engine

I have only had the Car back 1 week, but the standard of workmanship is spot on with great attention to detail. It needed a rebuild due to a leaking liner, lots of water in the sump, the previous engine had only done 25k and was I think poorly built! (Don't know what outfit rebuilt it) It now sounds much quieter, with a much deeper exhaust note and will I am sure will last a lot longer. All I have to do now is run it in, which will feel like forever.
