Stereo system up-graded.Blitz Turbo timer, clear indicator lenses, silver " Lotus" letters on rear, done the ram air conversion and am running without a CAT converter. I also have a few anti-radar devices fitted. TO COME: Cat bypass pipe Problems: 1. The whole air con unit had to be replaced at great expense to me.
2. The ABS sytem was replace under extended warrenty.
3. I Burnt out my alternator. -It actually melted and I apparently had the last one off the shelf left in the Lotus factory
4. Horn decided to honk on it's own at times!?!
5. Had to replace the rubber around the windows on the doors.
6. Replaced the Lotus badges, front rear and in each wheel.Info:

new parts and latest work done:
1. New radiator and pipes. Previous one clogged up and a stone went through it.
2. Two new oil coolers and pipes as old ones were also clogged up and battered.
3. Rebuilt charge cooler.
4. Rebuilt starter motor as old one was making odd noises and new ones are on back order.
5. New Esprit Damper programme installed (Lotus Bilstein & Eibach combo)
5. The car was still running on it's origional suspension and it was getting tired therefore effecting the handling.
6. New Lotus reccommended polybushes bushes.
7. Replaced the weedy standard horn with a louder two tone "Ferrari" sounding one.You might be interested in knowing that I'm entering the Furball5000 run this year and the Cannonball run next year (Hopefully)




AUG 2007
Reconditioned S4s Oz Futura wheels bought. Dunlop SP9000 tyres added. New No:11 chip to replace the old No:10 from PUK. New Sport 350 AP callipers on the front and new AP discs all round. Standard Rear calliper reconditioned.
